Shipping Policy

We dispatch across India via trusted logistics partners, with same-day dispatch on in-stock items ordered before cut-off.
Dispatch Time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1 business day. Made-to-order or sourced spares are dispatched as per the lead time shown on the product page or quoted at the time of order.
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other locations: 4–7 business days. Remote/industrial areas may take slightly longer. Tracking details are shared once your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Free shipping may apply on orders above the threshold shown on the cart page. Bulk and heavy switchgear shipments may be quoted separately.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the Track Order page or your account.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your shipment on delivery. Report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos to support@tektow.com so we can arrange a replacement or claim.
